Pleasant Hope Trail

Open during hunting seasons so please use caution here.
There is a rifle and trap range so make sure your horses are used to gunfire.

Directions:
From the intersection of Hwy H and Hwy 215, in the town of Pleasant Hope, continue on Hwy 215 to Road 182.  Turn left.  Follow the road, which will go to the right and turn into Road 550.  Follow until you come to the first turn to the left which is 180 or P.H. Wildlife Rd.  Follow to the trailhead on the left. With all the turns and different road numbers, it sounds like you go a long way, but actually this trailhead is less than a mile from Hwy 215.

8 mile triple loop & linear.

Equestrian Camping:
Not Allowed

Trail Notes:
This trail goes through both woods and fields and is mostly gently rolling.  There are creeks to cross, downfall to negotiate and the usual Ozarks wildlife to watch out for.

Other Trail Users:
Hikers, mountain bike riders, hunters and people target practicing.
