News, Updates, & Warnings:
Be sure your horse is used to gun fire as the trail skirts a shooting range.  Open to hunters during hunting seasons.

Directions:
From Cape Girardeau, take Hwy 55 north to Hwy 61, turn north.  Follow Hwy 61 until you get to Hwy C.  Follow Hwy C to Hwy CC, turn right and drive to County Road 525, turn right again, and follow to the gravel road leading to the trilhead parking.  There are signs to follow.

Miles of Trails:
5 mile double loop.

Equestrian Camping:
Not allowed.

Trail Notes:
The trail is well marked with yellow signs.  It is generally hilly with a few steep hills to negotiate.

Other Trail Users:
Hikers & Hunters.
