Trail Notes:
This trail has steep, rocky hills with high drop-offs and streams you do not want to cross during high water. Since this portion of the trail is seldom used, be prepared to take care of yourself and be aware of the time and daylight.  In the summer time, be on the lookout for rattlesnakes, copperheads, yellow jackets, ticks and poison ivy.  The trail can get quite overgrown later in the season.
