Directions:
North Lot:  From Hannibal, take Hwy 61 north to Hwy 136, turn west.  Drive to Hwy 81 in Kahoka, turn north.  From the nursing home in Kahoka, drive 2.8 miles to a gravel road on the left.  There is no sign, but there is a very small shooting range sign.  You will also see a silver pyramid shaped barn on the left a little before the turn.  After turning  onto the gravel road, drive to a road that branches back to the right.  Follow that road to the trailhead on the left.

Miles of Roads:
About 1 mile of MDC roads plus about 8 miles, more or less, of surrounding graving roads.

Equestrian Camping:
Not allowed.

Trail Notes:
This is all gravel road riding, so not many hazards other than some traffic to deal with.  You can ride anywhere in the actual conservation area itself if you have a special use permit.  There are no designated trails though, so if you do this, you might want to bring a map and compass with you if you are not used to the area.

Other Trail Users:
Hikers, mountain bike riders, and hunters.

Volunteers Helping With This Page:
No one at this time, available to adopt.  If interested please contact us.
