Directions:
From Rolla, take Hwy 63 south to Hwy 17 in Houston, MO, turn east. Follow Hwy 17 just past the town of Eunice to the new gravel road on the right. There is a big Shooting Range sign. Turn right and follow the road to Wallen Road. Turn left and follow to the trailhead on the right.

12 miles more or less of gravel roads.
Equestrian Camping:
Not allowed.
Trail Notes:
Since this is all road riding, the corridor is wide, in good condition with no excessive overgrowth or downfall to negotiate. This is an excellent alternative for wet weather or yellow jacket season riding. It's all in the woods so it's shaded and cooler, even in the heat of summer. You don't feel quite so much like you're road riding because you won't see any houses or much traffic. While we were there we saw both deer and turkey.
