Open during hunting seasons so please use caution.

Directions:
Hazel Creek Trailhead and Campground:  From Potosi, take Hwy P south to Hwy C, turn west.  Drive to Hwy Z and turn north.  Follow Hwy Z north to the campground.

Miles of Trails:
24 mile linear.

Equestrian Camping:
Yes, at Hazel Creek Campground and primitive dispersed camping allowed.

Trail Notes:
The Trace Creek section meets up with the Courtois Section at the Hazel Creek Campground, and the Taum Sauk Section at the Ottery Creek Trailhead.  The trail has steep rocky sections and water crossings.  Water should not be crossed during high water.  The southern end is more difficult than the northern end. This section is well traveled but still gets very overgrown in the summer.
